Step 2: Fill Out a Reservation Form
& Make a Deposit After calling to check
availability and hold space, fill out one of the forms provided with this
website: the
Standard Reservation Form for
partial- and full-length trips of Grand Canyon; or the
Special Package Reservation
Form.
When you have finished filling out the form,
use your browser's print option to print a copy and mail it to the address
provided below. You also can call or e-mail us to
request a hard-copy reservation form, which we will promptly mail to

A deposit of $300 per person is
required. You can either fill out our online
reservation request, or send a check in the mail along with your reservation
form, or call us at (800) 343-3121 if paying by credit card. We accept Visa,
Master Card, Discover Card and American Express for deposits.
Mountain Standard Time Zone
Arizona does not recognize Day Light Savings Time. If you
are flying into Las Vegas keep in mind that there might be a time difference
from Nevada to Arizona.
Your Trip Packet
No less than 120 days before the trip date, we
will send you a trip packet that contains detailed river trip instructions, a
list of what to bring, car storage information, charter flight data and
reservation forms, maps, statement of account, and all other information
pertaining to your river trip. This packet will serve as your ticket. You will
not need any further documents.
Visitor's
Acknowledgment of Risk Form Included in your
trip information packet will be your Visitor's Acknowledgment of Risk form
(release form). This two-page form must be signed and medical info completed by
all passengers before you can board the boats. If you would like to review the

also print the form and mail both pages back to Diamond River.
Final Billing You also
will receive a final bill for your trip approximately 120 days before the trip
date. Deposits and final payments may be transferred to other open dates during
the current year, but not held over to future years. Trips extended to later
dates and eventually cancelled will become subject to the cancellation policy
as of the original trip cancellation/switch date. Cancellation Policy
$300.00 deposit per person. Deposits are not
refundable under any circumstances unless notice of cancellation is given in
writing at least 120 days (4 months) before scheduled river trip departure.
Deposits and final payments may be transferred to other open dates during the
current year but not held over to future years. Trips extended to later dates
and eventually cancelled will become subject to the cancellation policy as of
the original trip cancellation/switch date. A $50.00 service charge per person
will be retained. After 120 days (4 months) full deposit will be retained. Full
payment is due 120 days (4 Months) before the trip. Any spaces not paid in full
120 days (4 months) before the trip date will be released to the public and any
payments will be retained. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip
cancellation insurance in the event you must cancel. If cancellations occur
after final payment deadline of 120 days (4 months), no refund will be
made. Cancellation and Accident/Personal Belongings
Insurance Diamond River Adventures makes every
possible effort to provide for the safety and enjoyment of all passengers. But
we cannot assume legal responsibility for any passenger, personal articles, or
time or costs arising from individual indispositions. We
highly recommend that you purchase vacation-plan insurance. For example, if you
are unable to make the trip because of medical reasons, such insurance will
enable you to recover most or all of your trip expense depending on the policy
you choose. You can also purchase accident and personal belongings coverage or
trip interruption insurance. Refunds of deposits and trip
costs will be made only if you cancel at least 120 days before your trip.
