Grand Canyon Camping and Food Questions

What will the camping be like?

We supply tents, mattress pads, sleeping bags, ground cloths, and life preservers. You bathe in the river. Toilet facilities will be set up in a tent each night. We make our camps as comfortable as possible, and most people adjust easily.

What will the food be like?

We always get compliments on our food! Our guides do all the cooking. Our menu is varied and plentiful with cooked breakfasts and dinners. Lunches are sandwiches with fruit, cookies and chips. Entrees include steak, chicken, pork or seafood. We have soups, appetizers, vegetables, salads, fruit, bread and pasta. Vegetarians find plenty to eat from our regular menu. Sodas and Kool-Aid are included. You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits.
