Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unless notice of cancellation is given in writing at least 120 days (4 months) before scheduled river trip departure. Deposits and final payments may be transferred to other open dates during the current year, but not held over to future years. Trips extended to later dates and eventually cancelled will become subject to the cancellation policy as of the original trip cancellation/switch date. A $50.00 service charge per person will be retained. After 120 days (4 months), full deposit will be retained. Full payment is due 120 days (4 months) before the trip. Any spaces not paid in full 120 days (4 months) before the trip date will be released to the public and any payments will be retained. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event you must cancel. If cancellations occur after final payment deadline of 120 days (4 months), no refund will be made. PrivacyFor each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the domain name which refers consumers to our site, but not their e-mail addresses. We collect only the referring domain name, and not the e-mail addresses of visitors to our Web site. The information collected is used for internal review, and to improve the content and/or layout of our page for each individual consumer. It is then discarded. This information is not shared with other organizations. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you will receive the information for which you provided us your address. You may also receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.
